He is ours!!!

This is just a quick post to tell you all that the judge said YES!! She did not waive the 10 days however. We will still be home before Christmas with Malachi Artyom Tank.

    Jason & Barbara,

    This is my first visit to your blog and had a lot of catching up to do. This, your shortest entry, had the biggest impact hearing Malachi is finally yours, I think I can feel your joy! It's really a challenge to type with my eyes full of tears!! Indeed we are praying for lightspeed through the paperwork and for a speedy return home. Hang in there, you're on the home stretch.
